Be Prepared! Carry An Animal Rescue Kit In Your Car

You just never know when you might come across an injured or distressed animal that needs help. You can easily be prepared by keeping some essential items in your vehicle.

Heres a great start:

A basket or animal carry cage (in which you can also store your items)

Thick gloves & disposable gloves for handling

A blanket or ttowel (for throwing over an animal and wrapping)

A pillowcase (for use as an artificial pouch)

A Torch

Garbage bags

First aid kit

Binoculars (sometimes birds can be a long way up a tree!)

Contact details of your local Wildlife Shelter, Police, Veterinarian, Local Shire

Always Remember, SAFETY COMES FIRST.
